We begin with a grounded check-in, honoring where you are mentally, physically, and energetically. We set a clear intention for our time together, creating a safe container for whatever needs to surface during your session.

Somatic inquiry: Listening to the body

We transition from "talking about" your life to "feeling into" it. I will guide you to notice the subtle language of your nervous system—sensing areas of warmth, tension, or quiet knowing. We simply offer compassionate witness to the stories your body is holding.

We conclude with a period of deep stillness and "being," where the magic of the session is woven into your cellular memory. I may share intuitive observations or guide you through a visualization to help anchor the insights you’ve received.
